I’m Sarah Cale
Over the past seven years, I’ve dedicated my time to researching menopause from various perspectives: personal experiences, relationships, and workplace dynamics. My journey has led me to support over 1,000 women during this pivotal stage of their lives 🌸. As a result, I’ve had the opportunity to speak about menopause in written media, radio, community events, and workplace discussions.
One of the key insights I’ve gained is that many women feel as if they’ve come to a standstill in life like they’re stuck at a red light 🚦. With numerous societal roles, women often lose touch with their passions and desires, leaving them unsure of their identity.
A significant aspect of my work has focused on helping companies understand and support their staff going through menopause. This experience made me wonder: what if some women no longer find satisfaction in their current jobs? What if they’re waiting for the light to turn amber, signalling a chance to decide where they want to go and what they want to do? 🤔
I believe that women need a voice in the workplace and the opportunity to listen to their voices and rediscover their passions 🎤.
By empowering women to determine their path, we can help them embrace new directions in their lives, reignite their inner spark, and find fulfilment beyond the challenges of menopause 💫.
